Our acquaintance which started in 2016 while serving together on the board of directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Turkey Chapter, turned into a fruitful friendship over time.
Our shared passions, which are good quality coaching and women's empowerment, lead us to start the Shine Circle.

She completed her BA in Psychology at Boğaziçi University in 1994, and then her MA in "Human Resources Development" at Villanova University in Pennsylvania, USA.
During her 23-years career at the Four Seasons Hotel Chain, she served as a Member of the Board of Directors, “Turkey Human Resources Director” and finally “EMEA University Relations and Talent Management Director”.
She quit corporate life in 2019 to pursue her personal career as a full-time coach, mentor, facilitator and hr consultant.
She has a PCC Certification from the International Coaching Federation and has more than 1500 hours of executive coaching experience.
She served as Vice President at ICF Turkey Chapter (International Coach Federation) between 2016- 2018.
Together with Deniz she founded the Shine Circle in 2019

Deniz
She completed her BA in Business Administration at Boğaziçi University in 1988, then her MS degree in Communications at Syracuse University in USA.
She worked as a copywriter, editor, brand manager, producer/director, tv presenter and executive in the broadcasting and advertising industries for 20 years.
She started her training in coaching in 2002 and has been coaching professionally since 2006.
She has over 6000 hours of executive and life coaching experience.
To date, she has given corporate training to more than 3000 managers on coaching, leadership and team management skills. She designed development programs on leadership, corporate culture and employee engagement. She also gave coaching trainings to school administrators and teachers in K12. She translated the book "Bringing a Coaching Approach to the Education System" by her coach friend Martin Richards to Turkish.
Deniz served as a Member of the Board of Directors and was the Secretary of the ICF Turkey Chapter (International Coach Federation) between 2016 - 2018.
In 2019 together with Arzu she founded the Shine Circle.
